[Foundation Board] Proposed times for meeting with projects

I just chatted with Ildiko, and considering the summer holiday season,
she is going to re-poll the StarlingX and Zuul communities. I'll send
out meeting invites for Kata and OpenStack tomorrow, which I'll ask
the community managers to forward to the appropriate community
leaders.
