[Foundation Board] Proposed times for meeting with projects

Hi,
apologies but I couldn’t join the board meeting today because holidays/time
zone.

August is the Summer holiday season in Europe.
Maybe we can have a wider participation with the projects if the meetings
are postponed to later September.
