[Foundation Board] [OpenStack] OpenStack Diversity Working Group - Meeting Information

I'd say meeting time accessibility is not an interest, it's a
non-negotiable requirement. Unconscious bias creates exclusion and all that.

This group must lead by example, and it would be sad for the first step to
be a misstep.
