[openstack-community] Community Voting NOW OPEN - OpenStack Summit Sydney

Thanks Jimmy and Tom for the quick response to this problem.
I was just surprised to see some seasoned OpenStack people to just provide
their own proposals, while it was pretty explicit that the Forum wouldn't
have the same CFP, so I wondered if I missed some discussion :-)
