Sorry for the delay - we normally pro-actively wrangle the application 
list, but the OpenStack summit got in the way :)

Are you working with Jonathan Le Lous <jonathan.lelous at gmail.com> ? Last 
I heard he was trying to coordinate the various groups in Canada to work 
together.
