Probably the solr module for Chinese is not working or `python manage.py

Marton is busy in a two-days meeting but told me he'll try to check also
in his vagrant machine.

Evgeny: if you have other ideas for logs or services to check, Jeremy
will give a hand.

I think we should identify clearly the cause of the failure before we
decide how to proceed.
