Congratulations :) You may want to subscribe to this list, too, as here 
we tend to share thoughts and call for actions among all coordinators 
of user groups.

I would suggest you to advertise the meeting also on the General list 
and on the Spanish-speakers discussion list 
openstack-es at lists.openstack.org (subscribe to it before sending a 
message there, since mailing list managers prevent messages from non 
subscribers to be delivered).

Just edit the wiki page, there is no 'formal' process.  You'll need to 
login with your Launchpad account (and create one if you don't have it 
already).
