For one of the Ubuntu Developer Summits I made a pile of these buttons
from zazzle.com for Ubuntu California team members:

They were hugely popular (I didn't make enough!) and ended up being
very useful as everyone was encouraged to ask the people with the
local pins for directions/transit, food, and recreation advice. It
would be great to see something similar for OpenStack in the future.
