Subject: [Foundation Board] AT&T Representation on the OpenStack Board and a Farewell

Board Members and Foundation Staff,

I will be leaving AT&T on the 21st of March. I have a unique opportunity to join a startup in the Annapolis area, an opportunity that is impossible to pass up.

Kandan Kathirvel will be taking my spot as the AT&T Board of Directors appointee. I've copied Kandan here.

Kandan has been working for me as architect for the AT&T Integrated Cloud (AIC) and will be a helpful liaison to all our various implementations of OpenStack.

Working with you all and the OpenStack community over the last almost 7 years.. has been a tremendously rewarding experience for me,

especially given the context of  OpenStack’s unprecedented growth and evolution .. since that time in 2010 when Jim Curry invited me to the first summit in Austin

& also given the unprecedented context of SDN, NFV, Open Source and Domain 2.0 transformations at AT&T and in the Telco industry generally.

I thank you for all your hard work, support, friendship and collaboration over my time on the board.

Toby
