I was looking at the Barcelona travel plans which seem a bit different from the previous years of Sunday->Thursday:

- Summit is Tuesday 24^th to Friday 28^th October (https://www.openstack.org/summit/barcelona-2016/)

- According to https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Governance/Foundation

o 23^rd October afternoon for the TC/UC/Board Meeting

o 28^th October all day for the board meeting

Are these dates/times confirmed ?
