At the 2013 event, we experienced most of this audience was looking for benefits of cloud computing, how cloud is differentiated from virtualization, and had heard of OpenStack but did not yet have specific knowledge of the software. On the other hand, there were a few very technical conversations. NYC-based user stories and business cases welcome.
