I spoke this week with Lauren and confirmed that Upstream Training can be organized also for Tokyo, like we've had it in Atlanta, Paris and Vancouver. The main difference is that this time we'll need more volunteer time to keep things running together because I don't have enough bandwidth and the Foundation is short-staffed, too.

The main dates are Sunday-Monday, October 25-26 (the main conference kicks off Tuesday the 27th.) The Foundation has already set space for this and FNtech can provide all the logistics support.

- create the eventbrite page - keep track of participants - check/update the training material - get the legos - etc...

After Vancouver there were also suggestions for improvements that it's worth incorporating in this edition.
