I suggest to share more information about your Horizon deployment including platform, os, etc. The best place to put those questions is the ask.openstack.org website or the OpenStack mailing list: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Mailing_Lists, because we are using this community ML to coordinate community activity.
