[openstack-community] Network without subnet in OpenStack Kilo

Hello everybody, Should it be possible to launch an instance with a network adapter in a network without any subnet in it? Actually I get an error (HTTP 400), but this would mean it is not possible to create a layer 2 network (type VLAN) without any subnet. KR, Lukas
