To whom it may concern

Coming back from the Summit in San Diego,  Mr. Trung (Managing Director of DTT) has encouraged people in Vietnam to start building an OpenStack Community for Vietnam. After gathering enough interest, we have organized several events in different cities (Hanoi, Danang…) to deliver the OpenStack knowledge.

Upon the success of these events, our first user group meetup was conducted by VFOSSA and DTT on 29/11/2012: http://dtt.vn/?p=3971&lang=en
