No worries Ken thanks so much!
Donnie,
Good to hear! My bad for not making the instructions much clearer months ago.
Formal approval should happen quickly since the Ambassadors approved the group months ago as well.

Hey Kenneth,
Yesssssssssssss!
That was the information I needed. The group has finally been registered with the OpenStack.org website.
Thanks so much
Donnie
Donnie,
Sorry you are having trouble getting the group officially registered. The group was verbally approved a while back and waiting to be registered.
Did you try https://groups.openstack.org/node/add/group and are you having any issues with registration? If so, let me know what problem you are seeing.
Thank you.

Hello OpenStack Community,
My apologies if I am sending this to the wrong alias but I really need some help with promoting my User Group via the OpenStack.org website
1. I was told by our OpenStack Ambassador Kenneth Hui that the OpenStack Central Florida User Group was an official User Group back in September of 2015. Our Meetup group is now 122 Members strong and growing, but we are not on the OpenStack.org website. This is really starting to become an issue because I already had one vendor I was trying to get to speak to the group question if we are an Official User Group. Can you please point me to someone who can get my group listed on the website?
2. Our next meeting is Wednesday March 30th, and a Solutions Architect from Chef is coming into to deliver a overview of Chef and how it can be used as a tool to provision applications and infrastructure to an OpenStack Cloud. Can someone please point me to a where and how I can get my meeting listed on the OpenStack.org website.

Once again my apologies if this e-mail is inappropriate for the list, but I really need help to keep the momentum of my User Group.
Thanks, Donnie H.
