Hi there,

An updated Shanghai Summit sponsorship prospectus <https://www.openstack.org/assets/summits/shanghai/prospectus/Shanghai-Prospectus-0219.pdf> is now available. Mark your calendars because sponsorship sales will go live on March 13, 6:00pm PDT (March 14, 9:00am China Standard Time). At that time, a link to the executable sponsorship contract will be available at www.openstack.org/summit/shanghai-2019/sponsors <http://www.openstack.org/summit/shanghai-2019/sponsors>.

In the meantime, to prepare for March 13, you can review the signing instructions and the draft read-only contract on our website <http://www.openstack.org/summit/shanghai-2019/sponsors>.

Note: All sponsorships are sold on a first come, first served basis.

Registration will also be available soon. Sign up for updates <https://www.openstack.org/summit/shanghai-2019> and reach out to me with any questions.

Cheers,
Kendall
