At the Austin Summit, the OpenStack Foundation launched the Certified OpenStack Administrator (COA) exam <https://www.openstack.org/coa>, which enables OpenStack professionals to demonstrate their expertise in OpenStack operations and management. 

Hiring managers look for the COA for demonstrated OpenStack expertise
IT leaders are using the COA to evaluate and promote team members
Recent graduates are using the COA as a resume-builder to demonstrate mastery

Starting this week, the OpenStack Foundation will begin a series of campaigns to share stories of how the COA accelerates individual success and how organizations are using the COA to highlight their professionals’ expertise in OpenStack.

This includes an eight-week contest to celebrate the highest-scoring individuals and stories of lessons learned by certified administrators, which will begin mid-July.
