I just mentioned the self-nomination form we put out internally this week:

1. What do you hope to achieve at the Boston summit?

2.Expecting to be a vocal, active contributor at the Forum for
developers & operators?

3. Expecting to bring a strong user-orientation to Forum discussions,
e.g. as your team's Product Owner or QE Lead?

4. Expecting to be involved in long-term, strategic project or
cross-project planning?

5. Expecting to be involved in project status updates as a PTL or their nominee?

6. Expecting to be involved in customer meetings

7. Proposed conference talk?

8. Volunteered for upstream community activity such as training or
diversity-building?
