Hi Tim,

The brief answer is that it is errors should be reported to the leaders
of a particular group, who are responsible for fixing them :)

Basically they have a login which gives them a web interface where they
can edit things.

If you are a user group leader and don't yet have control of your group,
first login at http://groups.openstack.org/ and get your your profile
string (eg https://groups.openstack.org/users/tom-fifield-0) then get in
touch.
