These excellent vendor-neutral OpenStack speaking opportunities are available. Please contact me at kathyc at openstack.org if interested. The SDN Conference in June is especially pressing. Thank you.

[http://www.whitehallmedia.co.uk/sdn/] Software Defined Networking, June 17, London. There are 1-2 sessions available. This is the 2nd annual conference. Martin Gerhard Loschwitz spoke at the inaugural event in Dec. 2013. See the event summary video on the home page for an interview with Martin and a visual of the audience size. The intended attendees are SDN, OpenFlow and network virtualization decision makers and influencers. Session suggestions: share insights on the pressing issues in SDN, or better yet – how you are deploying the technology yourself.
[http://softwaredefined-enterprise.com/] Software Defined Enterprise World Forum, Sept 10-11, London. Up to 3 sessions are available for OpenStack topics. The audience will be 350+ heads of IT, CIO, Data Centre managers and engineers from enterprise companies and Telcos in the UK, Europe the US. From decision makers to those involved with the nitty gritty details of SDx. Up to 3 sessions are available for OpenStack topics. They are especially looking for interactive sessions and offer these formats:
hands-on workshops
fireside chats
Q&A
innovation jams
Example topics:

Getting to grips with SDN in the enterprise: Where in the SDN journey is your organisation?
Weighing up the benefits of Software Defined Networks: Reducing CAPEX and OPEX through SDN
What are the requirements to enable Software Defined Networks?
Data Centre Architectures of the future: Moving towards new models
[https://www.usenix.org/conference/lisa14] USENIX LISA, Seattle, Nov 9-14 (week after Paris Summit). Audience is 1,100 Large Installation System Admins. A daytime breakout or evening BoF session is available for a sysadmin or operator responsible for a medium-large OpenStack production cloud in an Enterprise. This was a fantastic event in 2013; OpenStack is increasing participation this year.
