this is for anybody interested in the openstack community, foundation 
members and not, anywhere in the world. Particularly, I'd say that you 
should pay attention to this call if you 1) coordinate a openstack user 
group, 2) think about starting one, 3) are a new openstack developer 
that doesn't know exactly where to contribute
